Terms and privacy

Last updated October 29, 2026

These terms cover this website, our emails and our introductions. By using the site or replying to us, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who we are

Archive Dividend ("we", "us") introduces established businesses to companies that license business records to train and improve AI ("buyers").

We are an independent introduction service. We are not a buyer, a law firm, a broker-dealer or a data processor, and we are not an agent or employee of any buyer.

How we are paid

When a buyer signs a license with a company we introduced, the buyer may pay us a referral fee.

The fee is paid by the buyer, separately. It is never deducted from what your company receives, and we never charge your company anything. We tell every company about this fee in writing before any introduction.

Introductions need your consent

We share your company's name and contact details with a buyer only after you say yes in writing.

We introduce you to one buyer at a time, chosen for your size, industry and location. You can decline, or stop, at any point.

We never handle your data

We never receive, store, review or forward your company's files, records, logins or systems.

Any data goes directly from your company to the buyer, under the agreement you sign with them. The buyer is responsible for how it handles that data, including removing personal information.

Figures are not offers

Numbers on this site come from public, third-party reports and link to their source. They describe other deals. They are not an offer, an estimate or a promise for your company.

Each buyer decides on its own whether to make an offer, how much and when. We do not negotiate, sign or guarantee anything on a buyer's behalf.

Not legal, tax or financial advice

Nothing on this site or in our emails is legal, tax, financial or investment advice.

Before licensing any data, ask your own lawyer to review the buyer's agreement, your client and employee contracts, and the privacy laws that apply to you, such as HIPAA, state privacy laws or the GDPR.

Your side

When you ask for an introduction, you confirm that you may speak for your company and that it will only license records it has the right to license.

Names of other companies

Company and publication names on this site belong to their owners. We use them only to cite public reporting. It does not mean those companies endorse or work with Archive Dividend.

Privacy

What we collect: business contact details (name, role, work email, company) from public sources such as government business filings and company websites, and anything you send us by email.

Why: to contact businesses about this service and, with your consent, to make an introduction.

Who sees it: only the one buyer you agree to be introduced to. We never sell or rent contact details.

How long: we keep our correspondence while we work with you, and delete your details when you ask.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and our host Cloudflare processes basic request data to serve and protect the site.

Our emails and opting out

We write to business addresses about a business service. To stop our emails or have your details deleted, reply "unsubscribe" or write to contact@archivedividend.com. We act on it within 10 business days.

Liability

The site and our introductions are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any decision, agreement or outcome between your company and a buyer, and our total liability for anything related to this service is limited to $100.
