Why it pays
AI knows the internet. It does not know how your business runs.
The large AI labs have trained their models on nearly everything public. What they still lack is real work: how a job gets quoted, how a client problem gets solved, how a team gets things done.
That knowledge lives in the records an established company already has. So AI companies now license those archives, with personal details removed, to teach their models how business really works.

How it works
Three steps. One email from you.
- 01
You say yes
Reply to confirm you want an introduction. Nothing about your company is shared before that.
- 02
We introduce you
We pick one buyer that fits your size and industry, and introduce you to them by email.
- 03
You decide
The buyer reviews what you have and makes an offer. Your lawyer reads the agreement. You sign only if it works for you.
Questions
What owners ask first.
Is this legal?
Licensing data is a normal commercial agreement between your company and the buyer. Your own lawyer reviews it and confirms what you can include. We do not give legal advice.
What happens to client and employee data?
Buyers remove names, contact details and other personal information before any use, and you choose which systems are included. Health and other sensitive records are discussed up front.
What does it cost us?
Nothing. The buyer pays us a referral fee, separately. It does not reduce what your company receives.
Do you see our files?
No. We only make the introduction. Your records go from you to the buyer, under your agreement with them.
How and when are we paid?
The buyer pays your company directly, on the terms of your license agreement. Timing depends on the buyer and on how quickly your records are delivered.
Why now?
Buyers pay the most while few companies are selling. Prices may fall as more businesses license their records.
